STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, CO
I took my resupply box to the post office to send to Breckenridge and saw Crosby there. We went to the outdoor market and I had a whole bunch of great baked goods. We then went to a coffee place and hung out before meeting Scout and Guyonabuffalo. I then put in several hours of work at the library before getting some great slices of pizza at High 5, which is where I thought Scout was supposed to meet me. They had the Steelers on and a college football game, so I was content. We met up at the theater to watch a movie, and then I finished off the day at BARley.
Tomorrow we hit the trail early with Frodo transporting our packs part way; wahoo! My right foot, and everything else, has benefited from the time off and I feel rested and ready to finish. I estimate completion Oct 8 and to fly to DetroitOct 11 to get my car. I am planning a “Shear da Beard” party for when I get back to Austin
