NICHOLIA CREEK
Vast open spaces surrounded by majestic mountain ranges. That is what I had most of the day.
I did have a big climb with some major navigational issues. It slowed me down a lot to check GPS frequently.
I stayed dry most of the day despite hail and rain, but as I got to Nicholia Creek late it had rained earlier. That meant that everything below my knees got soaked.
Tomorrow I may try a Ley alternate that he highly recommends.
