After a nice sleep at Letitbe’s place, and a good breakfast, I went into town to the library to print out a list of the people that have not yet replied to my Oct 28 invite. I then made a whole bunch of phone calls to these people. That took a few hours
I met a bunch of hikers at Riff Raff who came in to get a ride from Frodo down to the party in Chama. On the way down I was contacted by my sister who suffered a mild rear end collision in my Subaru. The bumper stickers are intact; Michigan drivers must hate Texas Libertarians
The dinner at High Country in Chama was great. It was really busy. After that we went back to the hotel for Frodo’s birthday cake and celebration of Scout’s completion of the CDT. It is great to know these people.
Frodo takes us back to Pagosa Springs tomorrow.
